Meet Sarah

My journey with The Club family started in August of 2018 when Naugatuck Valley Crossfit was first born. From the very first day I loved the supportive, challenging and fun atmosphere. Not long after I joined the front desk staff. I was so excited to start working at the place that I knew I already loved. I really enjoy getting to know the members and watching their fitness journeys.
